Shipping policy

We strive to do our best for the planet; orders are shipped in recycled plastic bags. Oversized items are packaged in cardboard boxes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder.

NZ shipping is free over $200, a flat rate of $8.50* is applicable under $200. A rural delivery is an extra $5.00

*This excludes oversized and delicate items that need to be boxed and furniture items. 

Oversized and delicate items that need to be boxed are a flat rate of $25, or free over $200.

Please note that these prices cover most purchases. For extra large items or purchases, we reserve the right to charge extra as applicable.

Our shipping is overnight if ordered before 11am. Orders placed after 11am Friday and through the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Oversized items/orders with multiple boxes are sent economy with a delivery target of 2-3 business days.

Please note, if New Zealand post is experiencing delays in your area this is beyond our control.

Furniture is set to PICK UP ONLY, we are happy to arrange shipping on a case by case basis so get in touch with us to organise this.
