Refund policy


ONLINE POLICY

If for some reason you are not happy with your online purchase, you have 7 days from the date your item was received to return it. You must notify us at info@longwayhome.co.nz within 3 days of receiving your item that you are intending to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with original tags and packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase. *Please note, Perfume, Nail polish, Incense, Candles, Earrings and Underwear/Swimwear are non-returnable nor refundable due to hygiene procedures. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All sale items
 are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or store credit. 

IN-STORE POLICY

If you change your mind on a non-sale purchase made in-store, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 7 days.

Items must be unworn and in brand new condition with tags attached and proof of purchase.

All sale items are final sale and not returnable or refundable.
