Knit Shepherd | Cascade Scarf | Arapawa Blend
The rib stitch pattern of this scarf is designed to be reminiscent of water cascading over rocks on its way down the river. Made from Otago Polwarth wool and a uniquely New Zealand wild breed of ancient Merino wool called Arapawa. It has been processed without superwash treatments to preserve the character of these unique fibres.
This Arapawa blend scarf can be wrapped once or twice around the neck.
Knit Shepherd's designs take inspiration from the natural world of Aotearoa, New Zealand. The patterns are inspired by locations throughout the country, and the colours names reference our native fauna. Available in 2 colours Ponga (soft black) or Natural.

Using yarn spun by Woolyarns in Wellington, all products are digitally knitted in South Auckland. From scarves to wrist warmers, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted with a focus on sustainability and detail.
