Paring knife N°112. A multi-purpose knife for slicing, chopping and peeling fruit and vegetables and for trimming meat. Equipped with a 10cm stainless steel blade, the natural beech handle is comfortable in the hand.
Serrated knife N°113. This is a micro-serrated blade for slicing tomatoes, hard boiled eggs or kiwi fruit. Equipped with a 10cm stainless steel blade, the natural beech handle is comfortable in the hand.

Spreading knife N°117. A spatula blade generously sized for quick spreading. To spread butter, jam, chocolate or tapenade. Equipped with a 7cm stainless steel blade, the natural beech handle is comfortable in the hand.
